Admission to Dementia Day Care

The Alzheimer’s Disease Association (ADA) was formed in 1990 as a result of growing concern for the needs of people with dementia and their families. ADA is a voluntary welfare organization and is made up of caregivers, professionals and all who are interested in dementia. The ADA also provides Day care for people with dementia at our New Horizon Centres – Bukit Batok, Jurong Point, Tampines and Toa Payoh. The Caregiver Support Centre provides services such as counselling, support groups, information & referral, public education talks, conducts training and workshops for caregivers.
